The staff was friendly and courteous. the cleaning ladies were fast and conscientious. the pools looked great. Cocktails were good within the all-inclusive option.
the food wasn't always as warm as i would have preferred

both pools provided ample space for relaxation and recreation. the free drink taps near the pools were very convenient. the availability of activities for both children and adults added to the inclusive atmosphere.

the staff at the restaurant was very friendly. the food selection had plenty of options. our room was large (i liked having that extra space).
the cocktails were pre-made from a machine. the cleaning wasn't very good (i noticed ants in the bathroom). the entertainment focused mostly on children.

i found the staff to be very helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to the beach , shops , and restaurants.
during my stay , i noticed some food items were reused across meals , for example , breakfast sausages reappeared as sausage sauce for dinner later in the day.
